  • First and last name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Postal and delivery address
  • Configuration data (dimensions, range, finishes, options)
  • Serial number and/or article number (spare parts)
  • Uploaded photos (optional)

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is used to:

  • Prepare and send your personalised quote
  • Process your spare-parts request
  • Answer your messages and contact requests
  • Measure site traffic in aggregate form

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) for preparing your quote and handling your requests, and on our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f) for measuring site traffic. Where processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a), you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.

5. Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, and for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Accounting documents and supporting records relating to an order are kept for 7 years, in accordance with Belgian legal obligations.

6. Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is processed by the following technical providers, strictly for the purpose of delivering the service:

  • Rybbit — traffic measurement, hosted on our own infrastructure

7. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our processors are established in the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, by certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of your data
  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data

  • Right to object to the processing of your data
  • Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise these rights, contact us at the address given above.

9. Cookies and traffic measurement

Our site uses no cookies at all. The configurator saves your current configuration in your browser's local storage so that you can find it again: this data stays on your device and is not shared with anyone. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data. For traffic measurement we use Rybbit, a privacy-friendly tool hosted on our own infrastructure: it places no cookie or identifier on your device and performs no advertising profiling. It processes your IP address on a non-persistent basis, solely to produce aggregate visit statistics.

10. Complaints

If you have a dispute regarding the processing of your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
